Almost certainly a newbie FAQ (and probably answerable by myself whenever I
manage to find a Klingon dictionary) but:
RK: It just makes me thankful for tlhIngan-Hol and its gonzo,
RK: ASCII-bound transcription system.
This seems to imply that the transcription system used on this list was
created specifically for this list. If this is so, could someone post/send
me the description of the system.
