I'm going to make a stylistic suggestion here: say *wa' pon 'e' nID 
latlh.* It's unclear who the /other/ is before you find out there's a /one./

The phrase is /I'm not buying it,/ where /it/ refers to the explanation 
you're not convinced about.

Klingon has a similar expression: *latlh HIvje'Daq 'Iw HIq bIr yIqang*/I 
don't believe you, maybe someone else will./
