Possibly. You might also consider something like {velqa'} or {velqa'Hom}. P=
ersonally, I might call a toy car a {reHmeH puH Duj velqa'Hom}, but drop th=
e {reHmeH} if it's clear that one's talking about playing.

Some toys are educational by design.
