I was confused when I first read the initial message. What I eventually =
realized was that you seemed to be using {-lu=E2=80=99} when you =
intended to use {-pu=E2=80=99}. With that replacement, everything =
started to make sense.
It makes less sense with {-moHlu=E2=80=99}.
When there is confusion, it=E2=80=99s probably good to break out into =
English when discussing corrections. The cat died, right? There is no =
implication that someone killed the cat. {Heghpu=E2=80=99 vighro=E2=80=99}=
, right?
You were placing nouns in the subject position and then using {-lu=E2=80=99=
} on the verb, which means the subject is indefinite (Okrand=E2=80=99s =
term =E2=80=94 It might be clearer to think of it as =E2=80=9Cunknown=E2=80=
=9D). So, you can=E2=80=99t have a noun as a subject of a verb that has =
{-lu=E2=80=99} on it.
