If you mean this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DxVF3GJB8tBg&feature=3Dyoutube_gdata_playe=
r
It is not in ta' Hol (the language described in the TKD).

In fact, if the translation given in the episode (as shown in the clip) is =
accurate, then it seems the language used is so different it is unlikely to=
be another dialect or no' Hol. However, surely across the Klingon Empire t=
here are many languages and the song may have been in one of those language=
s, but such a popular song that many Klingons learn it even though it is in=
a language less familiar to them. Something like how so many Americans kno=
w the Frech words to Frere Jaque or Alouette.

However, following are the common transcriptions for that song. First in so=
me sort of phonetic transcription:

Ya-zjah kay-oh
bah-dah too-moh
Sho-jah doo-roh
Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kay-oh-ooo

Mah dok, u-do
jih dok, mah zjoo
Par dok, cha-bah!
bu-rak, chu-qa

Telbar nay-goo
Moo-go toh-doo
Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kayoh-ooo

Boh-naj ya-deetch
Not-veer bah-reech
Key-jol kel-baj
keh-dah oh-kie

Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kay-oh
Ya-zjah kayoh-ooo

And then, apparently, trying to put it in something that sort of resembles =
Okrandian transcription:

Bagh Da tuH mogh
ChojaH Duh rHo
 yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH

majaq. 'o' tugh
iDaq. majun.
pa'Daq jagh baH!
ou' lo' tlhuHQo'!

tep lagh negh 'uH
mughato' tu'
yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH

wo' naj, cha' DIch
Do' chIj, wa'DIch
'ejDo' 'el Da'
Qib'a' bopar

yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH
yIjah, Qey' 'oH

However if you are looking for good songs to translate search for {Qoy qeyl=
IS puqloD} (also used in the actual shows) or {taHjaj wo'} (the unofficial =
theme of the KLI).

Subject: [Tlhingan-hol] victory song?

There was an episode of TNG that featured the Victory Song, and I cant seem=
to find a proper transcription of the lyrics so that I can try to translat=
e/understand them. (I know there are often discrepancies between on-screen =
pronunciation and what is considered "standard".)
Can anyone help me out, or point me in the right direction to find this inf=
o?
Thanks!
