There is an English expression you probably know, =E2=80=9Cit=E2=80=99s =
Greek to me=E2=80=9D and it=E2=80=99s also common for people to say =
things like =E2=80=9Cit might as well be written in Chinese=E2=80=9D =
meaning that something that is supposed to communicate=E2=80=94it could =
be slang, a scientific paper, an economic theory=E2=80=94is =
unintelligible. Because our society is becoming more international and =
there=E2=80=99s an awareness that it might be insulting to call =
someone=E2=80=99s language unintelligible, people are avoiding those =
comparisons. From time to time you see serious writing that says, =
=E2=80=9Cit might as well be written in Klingon.=E2=80=9D I have even =
seen this in the Economist, a serious international business =
publication. I didn=E2=80=99t save the citation.
=20
I pulled out my old HolQeD, jatmey and some KLI ephemera hoping to =
answer the logo question, but it=E2=80=99s complicated. I=E2=80=99ll =
blog about it (so it can have pictures) and post the result. The chance =
Marc Okrand had anything to do with the logo is vanishingly small. If I =
recall correctly, both the words HolQeD and yejHaD are Lawrence coinages =
later blessed by Okrand.

because they are quite a few,i will write them in such a way, that a =
single word answer is required..
how long after the creation of klingon language was the KLI formed ?
did okrand know any of the founding members of KLI,prior to the creation =
of the language ?
has any of the founding members of KLI created vocabulary and/or =
grammar,which is considered canon ?
with regards to the KLI logo/emblem. (the spiked wheel, with the three =
blades within it..)
who designed it ?
how long has it been the logo of KLI ?
has Okrand had anything to do with its creation ?
