Instead of {tlhop} and {'em} with preceding pronouns, I would use
{'et} and {'o'} with possessive suffixes.
If you want to consider a being with a telekinetic disconnected hand,
then I might agree that something like {ghaH 'em ghop} or {SoH retlh
ghop} could be appropriate.
