I will not be there, but I have taken on the responsibility of coordinating
the KBTP.

I propose that we expand the scope of this project beyond The Bible and
encourage the translation of all religious texts.

As far as I can tell, the KBTP has only resulted in two complete books, and
a whole lot of internet rumor.
The Tao Te Ching, on the other hand, has been translated and published.

If we have interest in other texts, let's encourage folks to work on those.
Of course, let us also encourage folks to resume efforts with The Bible.

I present, The Religious Text Translation Project (the name can change)

I have been gathering Bible translations from around the web or years.
I have not edited or proofread any of it so far, just collected it.
We need people to translate what hasn't been translated, and to proofread
and edit what we already have.

If anyone has a translation not listed on the Wiki page, let me know and
we'll get it added.

If you want to help translate or proofread, send me an e-mail and we'll go
from there.
