"I do recall that {Suto'vo'qor} was confirmed as correct." (ghunchu'wI', 7/26/2010 < Okrand at qep'a' 17) Okrand later used it in the paq'batlh:
'oHvaD Suto'vo'qor pong qotar
Kotar named it Sto-vo-kor. (PB 188-9)
qeylISvaD Suto'vo'qor nob qotar (PB 193, 205)
For those interested, Okrand also used {Su-} for the initial consonant cluster /st/ in {Sutra'ber naHmey} "strawberries" in TalkNow! Klingon.
