The text in the ThinkGeek description suggests that at one point it was
mis-transliterated, with a Hay in Stovoqor. Is there a canon spelling of
Stovoqor? I was remembering something like Su'to'voqor, but it's not in my
personal dictionary.

I've not seen anyone take credit for it. I know that a couple of people have
tried to contact ThinkGeek with offers of assistance to replace the
transliterated English on the back with actual Klingon words.
