Wrong syntax. If you want to uninstall a package, you have to use the
package name, *not* the file name. In this case it would be:

[root@localhost RPMS]# rpm -e kernel-source-2.0.32-2

The same is true, btw, for querying a package (unless you use the -p switch
for an uninstalled package), and a couple of other options as well.
