Apparently the sounds device I have is not supported. I'm looking to just
spend a few bucks on a semi-decent sound card. Can anyone tell me if
they've had luck with.....
Creative Sound Blaster 32/AWE <--- a friend has one used
Creative Sound Blaster PCI128
Creative Sound Blaster PCI64
I know OSS lists these as supported but I'm sure some are easier to get
going than others. As I've come to found out PnP is truely evil ! How can
I tell for sure if a product is truly a Wondoze PnP device. I know some
products are packaged with that wording but for the most part are not (ie:
standard modem claiming plug and play but they're not "winmodems")
thanks,
