hi don,
check out rfc 1918. but to answer should be fine as long as you
use RFC 1918 ip addresses. But you still should make certain that you
make certain that you don't route them out to the Internet. This is
due to the fact that even though the big I is supposed to filter these
out hey can trickle outwards but they will get lost somewhere on the
way back much more than likely. IOW do not arbitrarily assign addressed
and assume all is well as it will not be unless u use the above. Plus if
you do and you mess someone up that has been assigned that ip addresses
officially you will b disliked to put it mildly:'<
