If you're running a recent version of Pine, all you gotta do is add the
following command to the user's .pinerc file:
allow-changing-from
in the feature-list-enable section of the .pinerc file. Its
covered in the FAQ. But it doesn't appear in the setup, so you gotta do it
in the .pinerc file.
