No. MSDOS lacks structures in the filesystem to hold those
items. You can still stuff "Linux" files on there, but you'll
lose all that, plus you'll have to fit the file within DOS's
naming conventions.

UMSDOS, though gets around this by keeping another file that
holds permissions, ownerships, and so forth.
