I had fdisk'd both of the hard drives as part of installation. Admittedly
I'm trying a combination I've not used before...
hda 1.2 Gig
hda1 swap 50 Meg
hda2 /boot 16 Meg
hda3 / the rest
hdb 850 Meg
hdb1 /home 400 Meg
hdb2 /var the rest
Nothing complained during installation. Perhaps there's not enough room on
the first hard drive? I'd have expected some error message during
installation. I did a custom install and chose "Everything."
