Fetchmail defaults to using SMTP for local delivery, which has no password.
check to see if your SMTP server accepts connections from 127.0.0.1. In
fact, I recommend that rather than using SMTP for local delivery, just
specify procmail as the delivery agent. Sendmail normally uses procmail
anyway, so you can eliminate the middleman by calling procmail directly
from within fetchmailrc.
