You may find and RPM for both logwatch and/or logcheck at rufus.w3.org
under contribs...there is an rpm of logwatch under
/linux/1/contrib/libc6/i386/logwatch-1.4.2-1.i386.rpm and an rpm of
logcheck under /linux/1/contrib/noarch/logcheck-1.1-2.noarch.rpm
