Hi,

How to properly and safely manage log files in RH 4.2? Files like messages,
cron, secure, wtmp, etc. grow rapidly. I assume that I should not just
clear them up manually [forcefully.] Am I right? How can I keep them to a
particular size?

Also, wtmp is an exception. Since its not a text file therefore there must
be a way to keep it small!!
