I'm sure you can.  look at setting environment variables http_proxy and
ftp_proxy, or configure your application to look at that proxy server.

I've not used MS proxy server myself, but would imagine if it even does
half of what they advertise it to do, the above should work for you to
some degree...


of course, it depends more on what applications you are running than what
platform you're running them on.
