O'Reilly & Assoc (www.ora.com) has some Oracle books, also oracle press.
If you have a Borders book store nearby check them out. They
carry lots of computers books (and even the Official RedHat Linux
software package) on OS's, data bases, etc.
Also check out Amazon.com. Another source is your local public library.
If you have a college near you check their bookstore and library.
