As long as you export DISPLAY=localhost:0 and still have
the libraries that linuxconf needs, it should work fine.
For RH5.1, it's linuxconf-1.11r18-3rh
and for RH5.2 it's linuxconf-1.12r5-6rh
The new one is 3 times better - one window,
one click to any task.
The character cell mode used to have many
tasks missing, compared to the X mode.
