You just installed the sources. Look in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES. You will
find a tar file(s) there. What I think you want to do is type
rpm --rebuild postgresql-6.3.2-10.src.rpm (while in the directory the
file is in). Red Hat's standard location for *src.rpm files is /usr/src/
redhat/SRPMS.
