I'm pretty sure, all you do is use the AddType keyword to set the right mime 
header based on the file extension. check out srm.conf. Mine also has a line

BrowserMatch "RealPlayer 4.0" force-response-1.0

which fixes a bug in some browsers. I have not used this feature, so do not 
know the mime type or extension. If you at least know the extension, search 
around a bit on www.apache.org
