Opps... I'm sorry...

Yes, it is a PCI modem, PNP also.  It does seem to have DOS programs, and
has a DOS section in the Win98 Control Panel / System / Modems.  In DOS it
uses IRQ 4.  But In windows it uses irq 10.  Hopefully this will help...

I would like to add that if it is PCI modem vs an ISA card,
that it *probably* a "windmodem" and will not work with Linux.

Another way of finding out: Is DOS software provided.
YES = probably not Winmodem.  NO = defintely Winmodem.
