In /var/named/named.rev (assuming your named.conf is correct,
but like I pointed out, you did not post it), you need to
make some changes.

At the top add this statment:

$ORIGIN 7.7.138.in-addr.arpa.

OR, if you do not want the $ORIGIN statment, then each
address has to be reverse mapped like this:

138.7.7.100	IN  PTR	   arcane.atfantasy.com.
etc etc

Only make one or the other change.
