Well if you select upgrade, the installer will upgrade the packages on
the box for you, but also gives you the option to upgrade/add any that
arent necessarily there. So you can in fact get a "full" install that
way.

what i have done in the past is to take the keyboard apart and soak the
keys in HOT water then allow them to dry completely before putting the
keyboard back together again and plugging it back in. I had to do this a
few times as a result of my children spilling sugary liquids on the
keyboard. A tip: get yourself a keyboard skin that goes on top, once its
cleaned and working like it should.
