Netscape pops up a second window with the FTP address. You might not have
noticed it. I had a couple false starts over here getting it (and am still
downloading now) like netscape download dying and having to
restart the download etc.

But try, for instance ftp to sunsite.ics.forth.gr and go to
/sunsite/net_tools/StarDivision/unxlnxi and get so_01.tar
