Some of the information you entered in the setup screen (name, address,
e-mail address in particular) probably does not match what you entered on
the SO web page when you got the reg code. Try to make all the info match
what you entered and see if that helps.
I had everything the same except for my e-mail address and I wasn't able to
get the reg code accepted until I changed the e-mail address to the one I
entered on the web page. It's all installing as I type...
