The Netscape Open-Source project can be found at:  http://www.mozilla.org

There is definitely a Unix/Linux version of the source, as well as Win32 and
Mac.

It looks like the last release was on October 10, based on the filename from
the download page.  There is also a CVS distribution, which presumably
contains a more recent source tree than the tarball.
