Try and see if one of those menus gives you access to the FvwmSave module.
It's likely to have a label like "save desktop" or something along those
lines.
If you don't like the awful W95-look-alike thing, and you (or your
video card) aren't ready to dive into enlightenment, try out XFCE, or
check out my fvwm2 stuff:
