Who is interested in HELPTOOL updates/suggestions?

Hi,
I have modified the 'helptool' files in RH5.1 to better search the doc
directory and also pass search string on to the pager for man and doc file
viewing.
I would like to see these or similar changes made permanently to helptool,
so I would like to pass on these suggestions.
I did not see an author or interested party information in the source files
- only a RedHat copyright. Who should receive these suggested changes???
