I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I have a suspicion... Do you
mean the short message being shown in the console/xterm whenever a mail is
being received? If so then that's not a sendmail issue, but rather a shell
setting (at least I think so). Depending on the shell you're using, you
should have a look at the shell configuration files, i.e. .profile/.bashrc
for bash or .login/.(t)cshrc for (t)csh. I'm not sure which command causes
this behaviour (I remember some command called "newmail", but that could be
completely off track now), maybe somebody else can help out there.
