I'm not sure that's what Rich is looking for. lprm *removes* a job from the
queue, i.e. it will not get printed, whereas - as far as I understand - Rich
looks for a command to force a job into printing (i.e. the printer sits idle
but the job still doesn't get printed). Unfortunately, I don't have an
answer to that one.
