Use the ppp-on and ppp-off scripts in /usr/doc/ppp-2.2.0f. Copy them to
/usr/sbin, configure them and set the right permissions. If you're
interested, I can mail you mine set for PAP. Otherwise I can send you the
standard setup for ISP's which connect through a script.
