hi folks,

I have a pretty major problem with one of the Linux servers in the
company. The server's hardware consists of the following

- Asustek motherboard
- Pentium 233 MMX chip
- 64 mb EDO RAM
- 4.3 gb hard disk
- NE-2000 compatible NIC (on IRQ 5)

The problem comes with someone inadvertently terminates a FTP session
prematurely, i.e. as in while files are still in transit. The whole
server hangs up at this point. I've also upgraded the version of
wu-ftpd to the latest, but the problem persists.

Anyone out here has encountered a similar problem or has a solution I
can try?

Thanks!
