IMHO I'd go for the Alpha for pure speed.  Dual Processors don't really give
you as much speed as you'd expect. And to be honest I'm not a Intel fan to
start with so I'm bias.  However if your going to be using it for more then
a web or file server and you  need to have tons of software available
there's allot more "I386" software out there then there is Alpha based. SO
if your going to be running pure server go for the Alpha, if you want to run
software other then the basic LINUX packages consider the Dual P II system.
Either way I'd go for the price that's right.
