That can be fixed by adding:

Tdaemon

to /etc/sendmail.cf if it isn't already there (Chuck it under 
the Troot entry)

OK... Mailer error 9 means that the program exited with a 
returncode of 9. I had a look through your config file you
emailed and it looks fine. 

Try running majordomo by hand and see what happens
('/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.4/wrapper majordomo < testemail' should
do it) and see what errors occur. Be sure to run it as the 
majordomo user, that way you pick up any permission problems...
