I think the reference to Microsoft was uncalled for. I personally believe
Donnie is quite responsive to suggestions and questions (reading other
mailing lists). I would get quite irritated if I received dozens to
hundreds of emails requesting the same thing. It would require me to
read/delete the emails rather than working on the problem. `
I agree that the search engine should be fixed. Maybe it wasn't that high
on the priority list versus other issues. The emails appeared to elevate
the issue, but there is no reason to keep up the deluge.
