rpm --rebuild fails

Hi all,
I just wanted to repuild a rpm, but it fails...I have no idea what to do.
I'm typing:
rpm --rebuild wxftp-0.4.0-1.src.rpm
Then it will exit wiht lots of messages like this:
+ make depend
make: *** File `depend.rules' has modification time in the future
make: *** File `Makefile' has modification time in the future
make: Failed to remake makefile `depend.rules'.
make: Failed to remake makefile `Makefile'.
make: *** File `wxftp.c' has modification time in the future
make: *** File `main_frame.c' has modification time in the future
make: *** File `buttonbar.c' has modification time in the future
What to do? What does it mean?
Please help.
