Those that remember this topic awhile back, /var/spool/mail was fill up my
hard drive so I needed to place it on a larger hard drive. Did that last
Friday and now things are really weird.
First off, there are now BOGUS.???(???these change with the alphabet) mail
users being placed in my system. Some mail is getting through fine and some
is not. Weird. Also permissions seem to be changing on existing mail
accounts.
So, is there still some link to the old /var/spool/mail because I never
deleted it( and that drive still wanders in the size area)?? 2nd, how to
stop these BOGUS mail users. 3rd, is this all OK what I have done.
ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated, like I said, I have loooked at
everything and can't see what woudl cause this. My personal mail has worked
fine ever since. But I am LAN not dial-up.
