As I've been pointed that .137 is the netbios NS (thanks to Glynn =
Clements) , I've been able to find (in some router documentation) that:
"MS Windows 95 and Windows NT computers may occasionally generate a =
NetBIOS
DNS query that can cause the IAR to initiate a call although it seems =

is no trafic being generate on the local network"
So:
- Win 95 registry, =
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Sevices\VxD\MSTCP] the =
[EnableDNS] key should go from 1 to 0
- Windows NT, TCP/IP properties, uncheck [Enable DNS for Widows =
Resolution]
