a hardware problem. In order of probability I would:

2. Install thermal compound between cpu and heat sink. It

3. Replace your memory with know good one.
4. Reduce the computer to 180 mHz. Not only does the cpu
run slower, but the bus will slow down too. It will be
a minor drop in performance but a gain in reliability.
Again, do them in the order listed above, going one step
further after each crash. Of course, 1 & 2 can be done at
the same time. Get the goop at Radio Shack.
