OK. I've put the 3.0.3 July/96 CD up on:
ftp://poopsie.hmsc.orst.edu/RH
This is the CD as-is(was?) from RedHat and does not include any
updates past the release date of the CD.
This is only a temporary measure and I'll remove it in a week or so
when a more permanent solution is found.
