I just wanted to add one voice in support of 4.0. I didn't upgrade from
2.1 to 3.0.3, so I can't compare with that product, but 4.0 is a *HUGE*
improvement over 2.0/2.1. With the exception of a video card problem
(which wasn't RH's fault), the installation was a breeze. Java installed
and ran without a hitch, Netscape installed and ran with few problems (I
had to set an environment variable), and (most amazing to me) PPP was
*really* easy to setup.

I've criticized Linux in the past for being extremely unapproachable for
non-experts. My experience with RH4.0 forces me to seriously reconsider
that opinion.

Nice job, RH!
