	Thanks.  I finally got something from /dev/clue.
	I just figured with all those Makefiles, one of them
	*must* take care of throwing out the old modules, or
	at least rendering them harmless.  Live and learn.
	Problem solved.  I'm just amazed I didn't read about
	it in the manual or any of the howtos.
