I have been using 3940W in non-wide mode in 95,NT 3.51, NT 4.0, Slackware 
3.0, Slackware 3.1, Pic Redhat, but in Colgate it locks as it looks for 
my scsi adapter.  How long did it take before it asks if you want to 
search for it?  I have given it at least 5 minutes with no response from 
any keyboard input.
