The most recent copy of the MD utilities can be found under:

sweet-smoke.ufr-info-p7.ibp.fr:/public/Linux/	[home site in France]
linux.nrao.edu:/pub/linux/src/system/MD-driver/	[U.S. (Virginia) mirror]

The MD driver code itself is now integrated into the kernel (as of
somewhere in 1.3.x), so kernel patching is no longer required.
