4.0 errors

after installing RHCL 4.0 I have some errors being sent to my console:
modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-22
Does anybody know what this means ?
Also after now being on 4.0 printing doesn't work anymore. I have a dj500
on /dev/lp1. These messages get logged:
dino kernel: lp1 at 0x0378, (polling)
Aladdin Ghostscript: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1
The output from the printer looks like:
Error: /invalidfont in findfont Operand stack: CW 1000 Courier-Latin1 bas
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!!
