Nenscript is on my cdrom.
Try to check the device your printer points to in your /etc/printcap
file.
I had to change mine to
/dev/lp1
I think it was at
/dev/lp
before.
If /dev/lp1 doesn't work, try /dev/lp0, /dev/lp2, etc.
There is a place in printtool under control-panel which lets you
set this.
